The #1 Secret to Getting Hired in Private Aviation
Are you a commercial flight attendant dreaming of breaking into the world of private aviation?
Do you feel like you've been doing everything right, yet you're being met with constant rejection letters?
You are not alone.
The good news is, there’s a secret to getting hired in private aviation that very few people talk about.
Today, I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing the exact formula that will help you stand out and finally land your dream job in business aviation.
Why Private Aviation?

Working in private aviation as a corporate flight attendant offers unique benefits that differ drastically from working in commercial aviation.
For example, higher pay, luxurious work environments as opposed to crowded airliners, flexible schedules when working as a contractor, and the chance to travel to exclusive destinations that commercial airliners can not get to.
However, breaking into private aviation is not as simple as submitting a bunch of resumes and hoping for the best. It actually requires a specialized strategy tailored to your unique story.
For many commercial flight attendants looking to transition into private aviation, the biggest challenge is knowing where to start. You might have general aviation experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for flying . . . buuuuuuut . . . .without the right approach? Your application might never make it past the first screening.
My Story: From Commercial to Private Aviation

My name is Natalie Rader, and I’ve been in the aviation industry going on a decade with four years at Delta Airlines and going on six years in private aviation.
Flying has been my passion since I was four years old. I was on my first flight going to Disney World. I remember admiringly looking up at the flight attendant with triangle orange hair as she was doing the safety demo. At that moment I told my mama, "I want to do that when I grow up."
When I reached adulthood, my dream came true. During all my years of growing up, I never really waivered from what I wanted be.
During my time at Delta, I became the most junior international purser on the line - 6 weeks after gaining my initial wings - where I then was nominated for the prestigious Chairman’s Club.
Despite traveling to 35+ countries while at Delta, I still felt something was missing.
One day, a friend asked me if I had ever thought about flying private. At the time, I had not at all. I thought "Is that even a real thing?" So the question most assuredly sparked my curiosity.
I started researching, asking questions, and navigating the transition on my own because I really could not find solid help to guide me through the entire process. It was overwhelming, confusing, and, at times, massively discouraging.
I spent several months trying to figure it all out, until I finally discovered the secret that changed everything.
The #1 Secret to Getting Hired in Private Aviation
Here’s the truth: being hired to be a corporate flight attendant in private aviation is not just submitting resume after resume after resume. It is about branding, networking, and understanding what recruiters and owners are truly looking for.
Most aspiring corporate flight attendants make the mistake of applying the same approach they used in commercial aviation. They update their resume, submit it to a few operators, and wait. But private aviation operates differently—it’s a relationship-driven industry where connections and specialized knowledge matter more than a simple job application.
This is why I created a 9 step roadmap to help you break into private aviation making $5k-$10k every month by having a consistently full calendar on contract trips.
Instead of guessing your way through the process and thinking you are making progress by simply submitting resumes, you will receive insider secrets, proven strategies, and personal guidance to help you make the transition smoothly and successfully.
